Orders, Shipping & Returns
Due to speed in which we pack and sent out orders, this is usually not possible. However, please email info@prymhealth.com and we will do what we can to help.
What shipping options are available?
We offer:
- Standard Tracked (2-3 days)
- New Business Day (1-2 days)
- International Tracked (3-10 days)

Please contact us as soon as possible via email on info@prymhealth.com quoting your order number to arrange a return. Once the goods have been returned to us, we will inspect the item(s). If the fault is agreed, we will issue a full refund.
An approved return is processed with 24 hours however, depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your account.
Sustainability
All our products are vegan apart our Hair, Skin & Nails and Energy gummies which are vegetarian. Our development team are working on creating an updated vegan recipe for these gummies.
We can deeply about our impact on our earth and because of this, sustainability is at the core of our business. Please see our dedicated sustainability page for more information on our recyclable and home compostable packaging.
We do not test on animals nor do any of the suppliers we work with.
Health & Safety
Keep them in a cool, dark, dry place and keep the packaging tightly sealed whenever it’s in storage. Light, heat and moisture can all affect the potency of the formula and the stability of the supplements.
While we only use safe and legal ingredients here at Prym Health, we would recommend speaking to your medical professional for further advice.
Laws and regulations are constantly changing but for now it is legal in the UK as long as it is being sold as a food supplement.
Yes, all the products that we product are manufactured in a safe and secure environment and thoroughly tests for its quality.
No, all the products we produce contain 0% THC, the component which causes the high effect.
All our gummies are carefully formulated to have the maximum effect with two gummies per day.

You can easily modify, skip or cancel your subscription by logging into your account. To skip or cancel your subscription, we will require at least 2 business days notice to ensure the order is not dispatched.
If you’d like to add another product to your subscription, simply log into your account and press ‘add product’.
To update your payment method, go to billing information, update card and save.
Please note that cards must be registered to the billing address on your subscription.

Simply click the ‘Login/Register’ button in the top right corner. Please ensure you have filled out the form correctly and you have taken note of the email address and password entered. Once created, you can view your current order, past orders, request returns and much more.
