We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Tracked (2-3 business days)
- Free for subscription orders
- Free for one-time orders over £25
- £3.95 for one-time orders under £25
- Next Business Day* (1-2 business days, 1pm order cutoff)
- Free for one-time orders over £50
- £5.95 for one-time orders under £50
*Please note Next Business Day orders (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Only valid for Mainland UK addresses.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Prym Health currently ships to many countries around the world. We are working closely with our delivery partners to bring Prym Health to more countries.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and your order may take up to 21 days depending on your location. Furthermore, our prices do not include takes and tariffs. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Return & Refunds
Unwanted Goods
Please return unwanted orders in brand new condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods, and so we recommend obtaining proof of postage in case any issues that may occur with the delivery of your return. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods. Please include your order form in your parcel so your return can be processed as quickly as possible. Faulty Goods
We try our best to make sure your order makes it to you safely. However, errors can occur. If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival, please let us know within 2 working days by emailing info@prymhealth.com before you return your order for a refund or replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
We action all refunds with 24 hours of receiving the order back and it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show within your account, however this varies bank to bank.
