Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed – International Delivery
Typically takes between 2 to 10 days to arrive, cut off time is 3pm. Please note: It may take up to 21 days for your delivery to be made. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Please note that you are responsible to check the laws in your country when buying from us, packages seized by customs will only be refunded if returned to us less the postage charge or any other fees incurred by ourselves. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and we’re sure you’ll love your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason with the item(s) simply return them within 14 days of delivery and we’ll exchange or refund it.
The items must be in the same condition that you received it, original packaging, unused and sealed to be eligible for a return.
If any items are missing or lost from your order please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after you’ve received your delivery. If you fail to do this we will not be liable for the loss.
If the item is faulty please inform our customer service team, and we will process a return on the faulty products. Once the goods have been returned to Prym Health we will test and inspect the item(s). If the fault is agreed we will issue a full refund to the payment method used to pay for the order.
